We solve current production problems related to plastic injection, material flow and production preparation. We are able to prepare SMED analyzes along with video recordings. We choose real and low-cost SMED optimization solutions. We have fluent command of injection machine software: Demag, Krauss Maffei, Haitian, Arburg, LS, Engel, Battenfeld, Woojin and 3/ 6 axis robots: Kuka, Engel, Haitian, Wittmann, Sepro and Arburg.
